The Richard and Reiko Iga scholarship was created to encourage our outstanding students to continue their musical journey. The scholarship application process is designed to help the applicant to express their musical experiences into a life story.It is open to Neighborhood Music School high school seniors who are declaring music as a major at a college or university. Applicants will be judged by the following criteria:
33% Quality of answers given on application
33% on NMS performances and ensemble contributions throughout the years
33% on excellence in musicianship.

Deadline: May 1, 2023 for Fall 2023
Amount: $100 - $500
