Return and Refund Policy

A full refund may be given within 30 days if a product is unopened and/or unused.  

Store credit may be given if a product is in new unopened and/or unused condition but sale was made over 30 days ago.  

Exchange may be offered if product appears defective.

Instruments that are borrowed, purchased, or rented will be charged a $30 restocking fee once it is used on site or removed from the premises.

Purchased Instruments and Rental Instruments that are returned must be inspected by our repair tech before partial refunds are issues.  The refund process typically takes 1-3 weeks.  Customer should leave Venmo and/or Zelle info for quickest refund.
